Andy Palacio was on this earth for a short time 1960 to 2008. He was barely 48 years of age at his passing and left behind to mourn the loss were his mother Cleofa Avilez, children, siblings, relatives, friends, all of Belize and the music world.

December 02, 1960: 
Born in Barranco Village to Cleofa Avilez and Reuben Palacio. He grew up listening to Garifuna music in the village, as well as records and radio broadcasts from Radio Belize, the winder Caribbean, the USA and Latin America.

September 1974:
Began High School at St. Peter Claver College in Punta Gorda.
